How to Print Outlook Calendar (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

Outlook's print options vary by version. Classic Outlook has the most layout options (tri-fold, calendar details style), while new Outlook and OWA offer simpler grids.

Step-by-step

  1. Classic Outlook (Windows): open the Calendar view you want to print. File → Print. Pick a style: Daily, Weekly Agenda, Weekly Calendar, Monthly, Tri-fold, or Calendar Details.
  2. Set the date range and click Preview to check before printing.
  3. New Outlook (Windows) and Outlook on the web: View the calendar in the layout you want (Day/Week/Month), then File → Print (or Ctrl + P).
  4. Choose orientation, paper size, and which calendars to include. Click Print.

Classic Outlook's hidden gem: Tri-fold

Tri-fold is a print-only Outlook layout that combines daily appointments, a task list, and a weekly mini-calendar on one page — ideal for paper planners. It's only in classic Outlook for Windows.

Print only certain events

Before printing, untick the calendars you don't want from the left sidebar, or filter by category. Only visible events make it into the print.
