How to Add the F1 Calendar to Your Calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook)
Subscribe to the Formula 1 calendar in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook with the official F1 sync: every practice, qualifying, sprint and race session in your own time zone. Remaining 2026 races, sprint weekends, and the 2027 outlook.
Where to get the feed
The official F1 calendar sync (recommended)
- Go to
formula1.com/en/racing/2026(the season calendar page) or open the F1 app. - Click "Sync calendar" / "Add to calendar". F1 uses the ECAL sync service.
- Choose which sessions you want: race only, qualifying and race, or every session including practice.
- Pick Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and sign in to the sync service once.
Every session is stored in the circuit's local time, so your calendar shows the correct start in your own zone — including the odd ones like a Saturday-night Las Vegas race that is Sunday morning in Europe.
Plain .ics alternative
Several fan-maintained .ics feeds cover the whole season with every session (search "F1 calendar ics"). They are usually accurate, but the official sync is the one that gets updated first when a session time changes.
Add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook
Once you have the schedule link (it usually starts with webcal:// or ends in .ics; a league's "sync" button hands it to your app for you), the steps are the same for every sport:
Google Calendar
- Open calendar.google.com on a desktop browser (the mobile app can't add subscriptions).
- In the left sidebar, next to Other calendars, click + → From URL.
- Paste the link, then click Add calendar. It appears under Other calendars and syncs to your phone automatically.
- Optional: click the three dots next to the calendar to give it a color, or untick it when you need a quiet week.
Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, paste the link, tap Next, then Save.
- Mac: in Calendar choose File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the link, click Subscribe. Set Auto-refresh to Every day (or Every hour during the playoffs) and tick iCloud so it reaches all your devices.
Outlook
- Outlook on the web / new Outlook: Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the link, name it, click Import.
- Classic Outlook desktop: File → Account Settings → Internet Calendars → New, paste the link. If game times look a few hours off, the desktop app ignored the feed's time zone; the web version doesn't have this problem.

Season structure
The 2026 season has 24 Grand Prix weekends, from Australia in March to Abu Dhabi in December, with six of them run as sprint weekends (China, Miami, Canada, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Singapore). 2026 is also the year of the new chassis and power-unit regulations, and the first year of the Madrid street race, which replaces Imola.
A normal weekend has three practice sessions (Friday and Saturday morning), qualifying (Saturday afternoon) and the race (Sunday). A sprint weekend replaces two practice sessions with sprint qualifying (Friday) and a 100 km sprint race (Saturday morning). Race start times vary by venue, from 15:00 local at most European rounds to 22:00 local in Las Vegas.

Because the calendar spans five continents, race start times move around far more than in any other sport on this site. A few anchors for 2026:

Conversions assume both regions are on the same daylight-saving side. Europe and the US switch on different dates (late March / late October in Europe, mid-March / early November in the US), so for two or three weeks a year the gap is one hour smaller. Your calendar app converts each event correctly; this table is only for planning.
Las Vegas 2026 races on Saturday, November 21 at 8:00 PM Pacific, which is 5:00 AM CET on Sunday morning in Europe. The official sync gets this right; hand-typed entries usually do not.
Sprint weekends: what changes in your calendar
On the six sprint weekends the Friday has one practice session plus sprint qualifying, and Saturday morning hosts the sprint race before the normal qualifying in the afternoon. If you subscribed to "qualifying and race" only, the sprint sessions are included as well; if you chose "race only", you will miss them.
2026 sprint weekends: China (March 15), Miami (May 3), Canada (May 24), Great Britain (July 5), the Netherlands (August 23) and Singapore (October 11).
Getting ready for 2027
The FIA usually confirms the next season's calendar in the autumn. A subscribed feed rolls over into 2027 automatically once the sessions are published; a static .ics file ends with Abu Dhabi and has to be replaced. Testing sessions in February are generally not included in the sync.
