How to Add Premier League Fixtures to Your Calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook)
Subscribe to your Premier League club's 2026–27 fixtures in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook via the league's official calendar sync. Kick-off slots in UK and US time, TV changes, and cup fixtures explained.
Where to get the feed
The official calendar sync (league site or club site)
- Go to
premierleague.com→ Fixtures, or to your club's own fixtures page. - Click "Add to calendar" / "Sync fixtures". The Premier League and most clubs use a sync service (ECAL) for this.
- Pick your club and choose Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. You are asked to sign in to the sync service once; after that the calendar is a normal subscription in your app.
- Choose the club feed, not the league feed, unless you really want all 380 games.
Club feeds normally include all competitions (league, FA Cup, EFL Cup, Europe), which is what most supporters want.
Plain .ics alternative
If you prefer a URL you can paste yourself, several community feeds publish per-club .ics links (search "[club] ics fixtures"). Check that the feed shows the correct kick-off time for the next televised game before you rely on it; abandoned feeds are common.
Add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook
Once you have the schedule link (it usually starts with webcal:// or ends in .ics; a league's "sync" button hands it to your app for you), the steps are the same for every sport:
Google Calendar
- Open calendar.google.com on a desktop browser (the mobile app can't add subscriptions).
- In the left sidebar, next to Other calendars, click + → From URL.
- Paste the link, then click Add calendar. It appears under Other calendars and syncs to your phone automatically.
- Optional: click the three dots next to the calendar to give it a color, or untick it when you need a quiet week.
Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, paste the link, tap Next, then Save.
- Mac: in Calendar choose File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the link, click Subscribe. Set Auto-refresh to Every day (or Every hour during the playoffs) and tick iCloud so it reaches all your devices.
Outlook
- Outlook on the web / new Outlook: Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the link, name it, click Import.
- Classic Outlook desktop: File → Account Settings → Internet Calendars → New, paste the link. If game times look a few hours off, the desktop app ignored the feed's time zone; the web version doesn't have this problem.

Season structure
The Premier League runs from mid-August to late May. Each of the 20 clubs plays 38 league games: home and away against everyone else. The top four (sometimes five) qualify for the Champions League; the bottom three are relegated.
The English calendar is the densest in football. Alongside the league, clubs play the FA Cup, the EFL (Carabao) Cup and, for the top clubs, European competition, which means a game every three or four days from September to May. Only the weekend of each league fixture is fixed when the schedule is published in June; the exact day and kick-off time are set by TV selections up to six weeks in advance and can move again after that.
Kick-off slots in UK and US time
Premier League matches use a handful of fixed slots, which makes pre-blocking easy even before TV picks are announced:

Conversions assume both regions are on the same daylight-saving side. Europe and the US switch on different dates (late March / late October in Europe, mid-March / early November in the US), so for two or three weeks a year the gap is one hour smaller. Your calendar app converts each event correctly; this table is only for planning.
Why fixtures move, and why subscribing beats importing
The broadcasters (Sky Sports, TNT Sports, and from 2025–26 more live games than ever) choose which games to televise in batches, roughly six weeks ahead. A game listed as "Saturday 3:00 PM" in June can end up on Sunday at 4:30 PM or Monday at 8:00 PM. European ties in midweek push league games to Sundays as well. A subscribed feed updates every time this happens; an imported .ics file does not, and you will miss kick-offs.
Cups and European games in the same feed
